Terms and Conditions for Booking and Stay

Welcome to Flatlet Apartments, Pomorie. Please take a moment to review our house rules and booking conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

• Deposit: A reservation is considered confirmed only after a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid.
• Balance: The remaining 70% of the total amount is payable upon arrival/check-in.
• Minimum Stay: We accept reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: After 2:00 PM (14:00h).
• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM (10:00h). (Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance).

3. House Rules

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Quiet Hours: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

4. Cancellations

• In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refundable only under pre-agreed conditions (e.g., if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date).
